About It's Okay Counselling


It’s Okay counselling is based in Wrexham and Oswestry. All of our counselling is fully confidential. To book a session you can contact us by phone on 07747 445 616 or by email - matthew@its-okay.co.uk. A free phone consultation is available to discuss the counselling process prior to your session.

Each session lasts for 50 minutes, in order to book a session a refundable deposit of £10 is payable.

    At It’s Okay we work from a Person Centred Perspective in dealing with such issues as anxiety, low mood, depression, bullying, health issues or to work through traumatic life events (bereavement, redundancy).
